In September 2020, Dazzeon Biotech started to design and build a brand new production plant for the patented MannanPRO® Aloe polysaccharides extraction technology, and set up a BSL-2 compliant laboratory for precious instruments, greatly increasing R&D and manufacturing capacities.
In September 2020, Dazzeon Biotech completed patent submission in Taiwan and China and signed a contract for a new plant site, beginning to plan and design a brand new production plant for the patented Aloe polysaccharides extraction technology. The company also started to plan a BSL-2 compliant laboratory for precious instruments. A construction contract was signed in October 2020, after which construction began.
Dazzeon Biotech added new high-specification equipment of the same grade as the precious instruments in universities to its new plant and laboratory. In addition, the company set out to prepare for international certifications, including ISO22000, HACCP, and ISO17025, in the hope of rapidly upgrading R&D capabilities to achieve medical-grade compliance and connect with the global biomedical field.
International certifications such as ISO22000, HACCP, and ISO17025 were obtained for the new plant and laboratory in June 2021. The following month, construction was completed and the facilities opened.
