What exactly is MannanPRO®?
MannanPRO® is a ≥ 90 %-purity acemannan extract isolated from the inner fillet of Aloe barbadensis via Dazzeon’s patented solvent-precipitation process.
Why is 90 % purity important?
Internal & published data show non-acemannan polysaccharides dampen bio-activity. Removing them boosts cell-proliferation, barrier repair and antioxidant scores by 20–40 % at the same dose. No one in the world can achieve this purity, by a long shot!
How much should I use in a formula?
MannanPRO® can be applied to a wide range of B2C consumer product lines as your X factor. Depending on the product, we recommend different formulations, for example:
Cosmetics — 0.02–0.12 % w/w (gives 10–30 mg active acemannan per unit).
Nutra gel-drink / capsule — 11–33 mg MannanPRO® (10–30 mg active) per serving.

What exactly is Dazztex®?
Dazztex™ is a proprietary textile that embeds finely ground, high-grade mineral nanoparticles deep inside every fibre. These minerals behave as “black-body” emitters, releasing far-infrared radiation (FIR) with an average emissivity of 0.94 at room temperature—well above ordinary FIR fabrics (0.80–0.88).
How does its FIR bio-energy work?
When the 4–14 μm FIR emitted by Dazztex® is absorbed by tissue, it penetrates 6–7 cm below the skin, gently raising local temperature by 3–4 °C. This accelerates micro-vascular flow, boosts blood oxygen ( +2 %), and helps shuttle metabolic by-products such as lactic acid away from fatigued or inflamed areas.
What benefits can I expect during daily use?

How is it different from typical FIR blankets or lamps?

Can the same technology be used in smaller patches?

Will washing or daily wear degrade the FIR effect?
Independent laboratory testing shows the emissivity remains ≥ 0.94 after 30 machine-wash and tumble-dry cycles. Simply wash below 30 °C and dry below 60 °C to maintain performance.
Is Dazztex® safe for everyone?
The fabric is SGS-certified non-toxic and non-electric. Typical contraindications for FIR therapy apply (e.g., acute infections, active bleeding disorders, implanted pacemakers). If you are pregnant, have cancer, or any of the conditions listed by regulatory guidance, consult a physician before use.
